The S 403 is a flat on-wall speaker with high efficiency, designed to be used as front speaker in media spaces and surround systems. The S 403 is equipped with 2 × 2.5" full-ranger drivers, 2 × 2.5" woofers and a 1" dome tweeter with waveguide, all of which makes it highly efficient with a wide dispersion angle, wide frequency range and excellent speech reproduction capabilities.
Mounted vertically, the S 403 can be combined with subwoofers to act as a front speaker in surround systems and in media rooms. Thanks to its ability to reproduce speech very clearly, the S 403 is also ideal as a center speaker when mounted horizontally below monitors.
We recommend using SUB 20 (A) or SUB 40(A) subwoofers to enhance the low frequency range.
